The following are my policies and procedures to keep in mind when you are ordering:

Payment Policies:

Credit card required for first order, with terms available on future orders.  Terms require payment to be made within 15 days of receipt of order.

Minimum Order:

$100 minimum first order, and no minimum for future orders.

Shipping Information:

All crosses are made to order, so shipping times will vary.   An estimated shipping date will be given to you when you place your order.

Refund Policy:

I believe in offering my customers the very best product that I can.  If you are not completely satisfied with every item you receive, simply return it to me within 10 days of receipt of order for a full refund or exchange (less any shipping costs).
